LEADERSHIP AND STAFF
Downtown Pasco Development Authority is led by a seven-person Board of Directors and 10 Liaison/Ex-Officio Members from key partner organizations.
DPDA board meetings occur the third Thursday of each month at 4:00PM in the DPDA Conference Room (403 W. Lewis St., Suite A – inside the Post Office on the corner of Third Avenue and Lewis Street).

Gustavo Gutierrez Gomez,
Gustavo brings a diverse background in community engagement and economic development. He desires to drive the mission forward, making downtown Pasco a center for culture, business, and community spirit!
Kristi brings a passion for service and hard work to the Downtown Pasco Development Authority and supports our events and programs as well as being the administrator for the Pasco Specialty Kitchen. Kristi brings a wealth of experience from higher education and photography that help grow our impact and audience.
The DPDA’s Board of Directors is selected by Pasco City Council through an official application, interview, and appointment process.
Serve in another volunteer capacity:
The DPDA has four volunteer committees, all of which welcome new members. These include Organization, Promotion, Design and Economic Restructuring, which you can learn more about on our main street. Numerous other volunteer opportunities are also available (events, projects, photography, etc). Contact us to find out how you can get involved!
